Suprise Pumpkin

The boys had a HUGE suprise in the pumpkin patch the other day. Pappy decided to go to Walmart and get a pumpkin that was about the size of Micaias. He brought it home and stuck it in the pumpkin vine while the boys were taking a nap. The first words out of Elias mouth was "It grew!" Isaias ran right over and tried to roll it out of the patch. They had a blast trying to clean it out but everyone got involved. Elias drew the face on it and then Robert did his best to carve the face that he had drawn! Even Micaias thought that this was a fun thing to do and really got into it!!

Pumpkins with Daddy

The boys planted pumpkins this spring and this is the final product! They were so excited to see the pumpkins grow but had a hard time waiting for them to turn orange! We had daily checks and one day they were orange!! :0) This of course was then brodcasted to everyone that was home at the time! They make pumpkin bread and roasted the seeds both of which were delicious!

Elias the BIG brother

Although having two younger brothers means alot more sharing there are a few perks to having them around!

Elias thinks that feeding Micaias is the greatest thing in the world! Unfortunatly he won't change diapers yet! :0) Oh well ! Both Elias and Isaias are great with Micaias and he inturn thinks they are the coolest guys ever (besides daddy of course)!

Puppy

Pappy decided that the boys needed to have a dog soooooooo "Tiger" joined the family. He is Nanna and Pappy's puppy but the boys got to name it and he has stripes so his name is Tiger.

Although Elias and Isaias have this battle over lions and tigers. Elias says tiger and Isaias says lion with a big smile on his face. So "tiger" becomes lion as well. :0)
